Managed Security Services Operations Specialist

Degree qualified in Engineering discipline preferably Telecommunication, Electronics, Electricity or Computer Science Fluent English Analytical thinking - Deep understanding of network security, including Firewall, vpn and ips, etc - Deep understanding & troubleshooting of TCP, UDP, IP and IP addressing / subnet masking / design - Good understanding of IPS, IDS, Load Balancer - Good understanding of Unix, Windows, Network Security - Basic understanding of Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS) - Certification or accreditation in CCNA, CCSA, CCSE, FNSE Review of the customer service impact analysis shared with the outage. Review of the Security service impact analysis shared with the outage. Comparison of Security customer service impact analyzes and preparation of action plans. Developing an action plan to activate the affected services that should not be affected by the interruption. Checking the operability of shared services such as Shared FW , SSL VPN, DDOS services from DRC environment and monitoring their stable operation Making the necessary security definitions for the DRC system to be activated and checking its operability Making the necessary security definitions for customer requests for urgent actions to be activated and checking its functionality Making the necessary security definitions for the activation of customer DRC systems and checking their operability Keeping the BCM documentation up to date and running the BCM scenario once a year Not a perfect fit?
