First things first: What is this role about?
Reporting to our CMO, the Management Trainee in the Marketing Department will develop their skills and knowledge in marketing strategies,campaign management, and market analysis. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work closely with seasoned professionals, and contribute to marketing-driven growth at Insider.
As a Management Trainee in the Marketing team, you will - Learn a lot by working closely with all Marketing functions across digital marketing, field marketing, branding & communications, content marketing, product marketing, etc.
- Take part in creating special Marketing programs and processes to support Insider's growth and see the whole process end-to-end
- Conduct market research, read reports, follow trends, and compile information to support decision-making processes
- Creating training materials on leadership and marketing topics
- Prepare and organize documents and presentations for meetings and presentations, as well as reports
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and other special projects
- Work cross-functionally and communicate with other departments, including senior executives
- Work directly with our CMO
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to enhance the executive's productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and relevant information to provide informed support.
- Efficiently manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
