- Establishment and management of the local branch: Responsible for the establishment and operation of the branch, including the selection and furnishing of office space.
- Team leadership: recruiting and managing an initial team consisting of three technicians, two salespeople (field and office staff) and an administration clerk.
- Business Strategy and Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and maximize sales in the region.
- Financial Management: Overseeing the branch's financial activities, including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Market and competitive analysis: Analyzing market conditions and the competitive landscape to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Customer management and sales: Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners.
- Reporting: Regular reporting of operational status and business results to corporate headquarters.
- Compliance and risk management: Ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations and risk management.
The Successful Applicant
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in management, business administration, engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a primarily sales/service oriented managerial position
- Understanding of technical products (experience in the high pressure industry would be a plus)
- Excellent management qualities and a track record of success in B2B environment in Turkey
Skills: - Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams towards achieving organizational objectives
- Proficient in Turkish and English (German is a plus, but not mandatory)
- Excels in team-building and mentorship, fostering commitment at all organizational levels
- Contributes to the expansion and establishment of a successful corporate culture
- Demonstrates open-mindedness, outstanding presentation skills, and a positive attitude towards people and business opportunities
