Job Description - Mobile Product Senior Specialist - Digital Sales Growth

If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n\u2022 Designing the product strategy framework with a lifecycle approach to ensure a consistent end-to-end customer journey \n\u2022 Driving innovation across the product landscape, supporting company growth while ensuring simplicity and best-in-class experience \n\u2022 Collaborating closely with commercial teams, mentoring squad members on product knowledge, and leading training initiatives \n\u2022 Developing solutions to simplify structurally and functionally complex product setups (e.g., eligibility rules) \n\u2022 Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive actions to avoid commercial losses due to system vulnerabilities \n\u2022 Monitoring all aspects of the product lifecycle and conducting analyses to sustain and expand product performance \n\u2022 Formulating hypotheses and designing/executing A/B tests to gain deep insights into customer needs, personas, and journeys \n\u2022 Staying up to date with emerging digital technologies to maintain a forward-thinking, tech-savvy approach \n\u2022 Operating in alignment with agile principles and practices \n\u2022 Proactively reducing potential customer complaints and taking preventive actions \n\u2022 Working closely with IT teams throughout the product development lifecycle \n\u2022 Plan and manage A, B and C type tasks, ensure proper tracking, and oversee the seamless launch of products into production. \n\u2022 Closely monitor sales and customer experience complaints, esure proper routing, and rive their resolution. \n\u2022 Track customers acquired through digital channels throughout their lifecycle, monitor their conversion into the base, and develop relevant offers and recommendations. \n\u2022 Identify, track, and initiate automation opportunities throughout the product lifecycle\n\n## Who you are\n\n\u2022 Experience in product management \n\u2022 Min 3 years of telecommunications experience \n\u2022 Experience with Agile methodologies \n\u2022 Experience with process design tools \n\u2022 Strong communication skills with a proactive approach \n\u2022 Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements \n\u2022 Strong planning \u0026 organizing skills \n\u2022 Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines \n\u2022 Interest in innovative technologies such as Machine Learning and Generative AI \n\u2022 Strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills \n\u2022 Knowledge of self-service experience design, digital product management, and customer-oriented product management \n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field \n\u2022 Fluency in both English and Turkish \n\u2022 Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders \n\u2022 Flexible and willing to take on responsibilities across different domains (commercial, marketing, channels) \n\u2022 Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across their lifecycle\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
