Otis büyüyor - İstanbul'da bulunan Marmara Bölge - Modernizasyon ekibimize dahil olmak üzere MOD maliyet analizi yapacak, saha incelemeleri yapacak ve sözleşmesi yapılan işlerin sipariş takibini sağlayacak bir Mod Saha Uzmanı ekip arkadaşı arıyoruz.
Görev ve Sorumluluklar:
Sorumlu olduğu modernizasyon projeleri için iş programı oluşturmak ve bu programa uygun ilerlemeyi sağlamak,
Saha incelemelerini gerçekleştirmek, gerekli gözlemleri yapmak ve raporlamak,
Sözleşmesi yapılan işlerin sipariş takibini yapmak,
Modernizasyon maliyet analizlerini yapmak ve bütçeyi kontrol altında tutmak,
Firma ve müşteri koordinasyonunu sağlamak, proje sürecinde iletişimi etkin bir şekilde yürütmek,
Son kontrolleri gerçekleştirmek ve ürünleri müşteriye teslim etmek.
Kişisel Yetkinlikler:
Üniversitelerin ilgili mühendislik bölümlerinden mezun olmak tercihen Elektrik - Elektronik veya Makine Mühendisliği mezunu,
Tercihen asansör sektöründe en az 5 yıl saha mühendisliği deneyimine sahip olmak,
MS Office programlarını etkin bir şekilde kullanabilmek,
Seyahat engeli bulunmamak ve aktif olarak araç kullanabilmek,
Takım çalışmasına yatkın, iletişim becerileri güçlü, analitik düşünme yeteneği gelişmiş olmak.
