Motion Graphic Designer

Job Summary 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Contribute in developing and executing creative concepts for
  motion graphics projects
  
• Design and animate motion graphics for various platforms.
  
• Create storyboards to help communicate creative concepts.
  
• Contribute to the creation of high -quality motion graphic
  deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
  
• Keep up to date with the latest social platforms and design
  trends.
  
• Work closely with the creative director, department team,
  digital, production, and development teams to ensure cohesive project
  execution.
  
• Respond to feedback from the art director and creative
  director to improve content.
  
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all
  tasks are delivered on time.
  
• Prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
  
• Utilize advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After
  Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant motion
  graphic design software.
  
• Apply a solid understanding of design principles,
  typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  
• 3D animation is a plus and should be applied where
  appropriate to enhance project outcomes.
  
• Ensure all designs and animations are visually appealing,
  on -brand, and meet project specifications.
  
• Conduct quality checks on all deliverables before final
  submission.
  
• Keep up -to -date with new technology, software, and systems.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related
  field, or an equivalent of 3 -4 years of additional experience.
  
• 3 - 5 years of experience in motion graphics design.
  
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects,
  Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant motion graphic design
  software.
  
• A solid understanding of design principles, typography,
  color theory, and visual storytelling.
  
• Portfolio highlighting related works (e.g., video editing,
  animation, and motion graphic projects).
  
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple
  projects simultaneously.
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a
  fast -paced team environment.
  
• 3D animation is a plus.
  
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required; proficiency in
  Turkish is preferred.
