(Python, Java, PHP, C, C++, etc.) \n\u2022 Knowledge of Telecommunication Fundamentals for mobile network, for 2G/3G/4G/5G \n\u2022 Determine network-wide optimization activities via using relevant optimization tools and prepare procedures accordingly and to automate them \n\u2022 To make suggestion to add the new features and to do redesign and leading for the NW wide implementations for the improving customer experience. \n\u2022 Work closely with the regional teams by sharing knowledge, feedback to carry out all services related network activities and to meet KPIs targets and ensure that providing the best customer experience. \n\u2022 Working with related teams to find and apply new approaches to improve network quality/performance and user experience. \n\u2022 To analyze new features and to evaluate network compatibility by discussing with other OpCos and Group technology. \n\u2022 Monitoring performance and tuning database parameters of the 2G/3G/4G/5G Networks to reach the most efficient operation level. \n\u2022 Ensure that the KPIs are tracked and followed up with the related teams, to ensure that all issues are identified and sorted out, before the new implementing any SW/HW to the network. \n\u2022 Work closely with the regional teams by sharing knowledge, feedback to carry out all services related network activities and to meet KPIs targets and ensure that providing the best customer experience.\n\n## Who you are\n\n\u0027This role requires a person with at least 2+ years of experience in the NW related domains and worked with and interaction with the Vendors/Service Provider for planning and optimization works. \n\u2022 Graduate Degree or more in Telecommunications. \n\u2022 2+ years of experience in the Telecommunication Industry \n\u2022 Proven knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G mobile network, Optimization and implementation and Performance Analysis \n\u2022 Programming and Coding experience for Bigdata and Automation processes \n\u2022 Huawei parameters and features experience \n\u2022 Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-growth environment \n\u2022 Customer service orientation \n\u2022 Time management and prioritization and Result Oriented \n\u2022 Business Analysis \n\u2022 Big picture thinking \n\u2022 Putting Customers First \n\u2022 Managing a Changing Environment \n\u2022 Communicating for Impact \n\u2022 Making a Personal Difference \n\n## Who we are\n\nWe are a leading international Telco, serving millions of customers.
