You will support the seamless running of the kitchen, by providing a highly efficient and effective service. Reporting to the Executive Chef, but working alone during the night, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and delivery of food and when required helping with prep for the following day.

To be successful in this role we ask that you have:

• Experience of working in a 4/5 Star Hotel Kitchen essential.
• Possess a gracious friendly and fun demeanour
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Display a consistently positive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic work manner
• Maintains a sense of organization and ability to prioritize in a busy environment
