As Documentation Officer you monitor the administrative processes of shipments, including margin control and invoicing. You follow up with customers about their shipments, and submit bill of lading instructions to carriers. You provide timely and accurate information to forwarders and containers. You communicate with customers' management when it is required due to payment problems.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who has experience in forwarding or administrative experience in logistics. You have good knowledge of customs qualifications and deliver excellent customer service. You have great organizational skills. Together we will make the difference, to stand out from other logistics suppliers. You are computer-literate and have an eye for detail. You speak and write English fluently. No military obligation for male candidates. Based in Istanbul HQ, Allianz Tower, Ataşehir. You like a healthy level of stress in your job, and you are willing to work in an office in full expansion mode.
