The role
The Magnum ERP Cutover Manager plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition to the new ERP platform as Unilever Ice Cream evolves into the Magnum Ice Cream Company. This role leads the end-to-end cutover planning and execution across regions, safeguarding business continuity and minimizing disruption. It offers a high-impact opportunity to work on a global transformation program, collaborating across markets and functions while building deep expertise in ERP deployment and change execution.

What you'll be responsible for

• Translate the global cutover strategy into a localized, region-specific approach aligned with business operations and system variations
• Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive regional cutover plan, ensuring alignment with global standards and timelines
• Lead regional cutover rehearsals (mock cutovers) to proactively identify risks and ensure readiness for go-live
• Identify, assess, and manage region-specific risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing effective mitigation actions
• Orchestrate end-to-end regional cutover execution, coordinating stakeholders to ensure timely and sequential delivery of activities
• Drive regional command center activities during critical phases including blackout, go-live, ramp-up, and stabilization
• Coordinate data migration, system transitions, and business process changes with cross-functional teams
• Provide immediate post-cutover support in collaboration with the ERP Hypercare Lead to address operational or system issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date cutover documentation in line with program standards and governance requirements
• Deliver regular progress updates, risk reports, and insights to the Global Cutover Lead and key stakeholders

We're looking for someone who

Minimum:

• Proven experience in SAP ERP implementations and large-scale transformation programs
• Strong project management capabilities with experience in planning, execution, and risk management
• Solid understanding of ERP systems, data migration processes, and system cutover methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional activities under tight timelines and high-pressure environments
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Preferred:

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Experience working in global, multi-country ERP deployments
• Prior experience in FMCG or similar fast-paced industries
• Exposure to cutover management tools and structured project methodologies
