The Position

We are looking for an Order Management and Distribution Specialist (Contractor) to join the Roche Diagnostics Turkiye team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process domestic and international customer orders, schedule shipments according to the delivery calendar, and handle invoicing procedures.

• Ensure customers adhere to order timelines based on the planned schedule.

• Maintain continuous communication with customers throughout supply chain processes, acting proactively to address potential issues and taking necessary actions.

• Carry out shipment and return processes for devices in compliance with agreements.

• Collaborate with international teams to resolve potential system-related issues.

• Take an active role in driving continuous improvement within business processes.

Who You Are :

• You are graduated from university departments such as Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, or Mathematics.

• You are fluent in English.

• You know about ERP programs (e.g., SAP, Netsis).

• You are experienced in import and export processes, preferably

• You are skilled in MS Office applications.

• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• You are team-oriented, with the ability to take initiative.
