About Our Client

We are seeking a dynamic People & Culture Lead to work closely with the founders and leadership team to shape and scale the company’s culture, build robust people systems, and lead transformative change initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can translate values into daily behaviours, create processes that thrive at speed, and influence at the highest levels.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Partnership
Lead the People & Culture function, guiding HR and Employer Brand teams, and collaborating closely with founders, the leadership team, and the HR Director.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving alignment and securing buy-in for strategic people initiatives.
Culture Building & Integration
Validate and refine core values with leadership, embedding them into every people process—from hiring and onboarding to performance and leadership development.
Facilitate high-impact workshops and transformation sessions to reimagine and scale culture across the organisation.
Systems Design & Change Management
Build and optimise scalable people systems, including recruitment, performance management, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of organisational change projects, ensuring adoption and long-term impact.
Employer Brand & Engagement
Strengthen the employer brand by aligning the internal employee experience with the company’s external reputation.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of team management experience within HR/People functions.
9+ years in HR/People leadership roles in high-growth tech, e-commerce, or creative industries.
Proven track record of embedding culture into people systems at scale.
Strong project and change management capabilities, with experience designing systems from scratch.
Comfortable influencing and collaborating with founders and senior leadership.
Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English.
