Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and implement onboarding programs to help new hires integrate smoothly into the company.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in the development and execution of learning and development programs to support employee growth.
• Handle employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Analyze employee feedback and metrics to improve workplace practices.

• 2+ years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Passion for enhancing workplace culture and employee experience.
