Your Role

• Lead the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring a seamless, inclusive experience
• Design and maintain performance frameworks (OKRs, continuous feedback loops)
• Develop and run learning & development initiatives (mentorship programs, Lunch & Learns)
• Build culture and engagement rituals that keep our distributed team connected
  
• Own policy & security compliance for all people-related processes
• Analyze key people metrics (turnover, engagement, diversity) and recommend data-driven improvements
  
• Advise leadership on organizational design, change management and best practices
  

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years in People Operations, HRBP or a related role at a high-growth tech company
• Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building and empathy skills
• Data-driven mindset; comfortable mining insights and translating them into action
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
