• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our financial app.
• Utilize analytical tools to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend(ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).
• Conduct audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and optimize targeting strategies for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other marketing collateral that resonate with the target audience. Create a/b test flows.

• Bachelor's degree in related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing,
• Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on user acquisition and app marketing,
• Background app performance marketing is a must,
• Experienced in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Media Ads, Tiktok, Programmatic etc.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as GA4, Looker, Adjust and other marketing analytics platforms,
• Have a knowledge of, Tableau is a plus,
• A creative, curious and growth-oriented mindset that has the ability to work in a results-oriented environment,
• Having strong communication skills and being a good team player,
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken,
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset,
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
