Job Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed physical therapists with the implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Perform therapeutic exercises and modalities under the supervision of the physical therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as directed.
• Educate and assist patients with exercises and functional activities to improve mobility and strength.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current, valid state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA).
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
