We are looking for a Planning and Logistic Manager who will be responsible entire supply chain process from beginning to end.

Job Description

• Preferably graduated from university departments of mechanical or industrial engineering,
• Experienced in automotive, metal, iron-steel, or similar sectors,
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in similar positions in manufacturing companies,
• Responsible for managing planning and logistics processes, knowledgeable about relevant legal regulations and practices in the field,
• Familiar with management methodologies and systems related to the profession such as Just in Time, Milk-run, capable of development and implementation,
• Advanced level of written and spoken English, able to travel domestically and internationally,
• Experienced in managing both white-collar and bluue-collar teams, possessing leadership qualities,
• Strong communication skills, successful in team collaborations and relationship building,
• Committed to customer-oriented work approach, capable of managing customer relationships in the field,
• Analytical thinking skills, competent in analysis and interpretation, embracing a solution-oriented work approach,
• Keeping up with current approaches and innovations in the profession, able to reflect them in work practices,
• Highly motivated in continuous improvement and development processes, successful in taking action and motivating teams,
• Result and goal-oriented, successful in time management and dynamic,
• Experienced in SAP knowledge and experience.

• Managing planning and logistics processes in line with company strategic goals and legal regulations,
• Structuring all processes with a continuous improvement philosophy, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency,
• Ensuring coordination and collaboration within responsible departments and with other departments,
• Ensuring the healthy execution of the process from order receipt to customer delivery; intervening in problems with a customer-oriented approach, managing customer communication,
• Developing and implementing strategies to reduce planning and logistics costs,
• Managing relationships with logistics companies, customs firms, and other relevant institutions.
