Planning and Logistics Team Leader

Dinamik ve tutkulu dünyamızın bir parçası olacak şekilde HUGO BOSS İzmir fabrikamızda görevlendirilmek üzere "Planlama ve Lojistik Birim Yöneticisi" arıyoruz.

What you can expect:

• Ensure coordination, collaboration, and information flow between production, customers, and other partners,
• Conduct capacity checks, manage annual and seasonal agreements with customers, and ensure their follow-up, control and communication,
• Lead and monitor pre-planning and planning processes,
• Lead innovative and technological initiatives within the supply chain and provide leadership in corporate projects,
• Maintain active communication with HBAG, design and implement systems and processes to adapt global practices to the organization or introduce new global practices, and lead the actions and dissemination,
• Managing the employees reporting to him/her within the framework of company procedures and leadership competencies, evaluating business results and managing their development plans.
  
   

Your profile:

• Bachelor Degree in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering,
• Has leadership experience in logistic processes,
• Innovative with a strategic and holistic perspective,
• Analyzing, quick decision making and critical thinking skills,
• High organizational and planning skills,
• Shows leadership skills,
• High communication skills with employees at all levels,
• Good command of English,
• Good command of MS Office applications.
