Qualifications:

• Business fluent in English (spoken and written),

• Very good SAP knowledge especially PP modüle,

• Very good IT and MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Powerpoint

• International experience preferable,

• Having experience in Planning and Procurement,

• Technical know-how of automotive engines,

• Team spirit, high level of initiative and very good communication skills

Job Description:

• Responsibility for monitoring of inventory, backlogs and achievement of inventory targets as well as reporting of the resulting KPIs

• Responsibility of cross-divisional cooperation and communication with internal partners (strategic purchasing, product management, production) as well as with internal and external suppliers worldwide

• Ensure availability of engine parts in order to fulfill customer orders in the best possible way

• Work in close coordination with central EMEA Strategic Purchasing Team (product introduction process, alignment of purchasing strategies). Central window person to internal and external suppliers for the Global MAHLE Aftemarket Strategic Purchasing Network.

• Assure the standard process for order management in SAP/R3 and analyze the resulting data

• Use of sophisticated business intelligence tools
