Job Description - Pricing Specialist

We are a global modest fashion e-commerce and retail company. We are currently operating in more than 100 countries and providing the content in five languages: Turkish, Arabic, English, French and German by adapting to their local preferences. We are looking for a candidate to join our Planning&Pricing Team as a Pricing Specialist

What we expect from you:

Develop, implement, and optimize pricing strategies for the company’s products
Analyze market dynamics and competitor pricing strategies to keep pricing policies current and competitive
Review pricing models to maximize profitability and competitiveness, and provide actionable recommendations
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to establish effective pricing strategies
Conduct pricing analysis, prepare reports, and deliver periodic presentations to the management team
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing and propose improvements
Manage the pricing process for new products
Work collaboratively with relevant teams to contribute to customer satisfaction and sales goals

What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, analysis
Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
Proficiency in SQL for database queries
Strong command of English (preferably with experience in reporting)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a team-oriented approach
Detail-oriented, results-driven, and strong problem-solving abilities
