Key Responsibilities
• Implement global procurement strategies and achieve purchasing targets
• Execute sourcing activities (RfQ processes, supplier negotiations)
• Participate in supplier audits and cost optimization projects
• Align with global purchasing and category strategies
• Report performance and target results
• Guide supply planning for efficient inventory management
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred)
• Advanced English proficiency
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across all levels
• Proven relationship-building capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
