Job Description
- As part of the BRF Banvit Procurement team, lead, develop, negotiate and implement Logistics negotiation for transport, warehouse, branches, port terminals, TSP’s, customs brokers, rental car, and different type of supplementary stuff in close collaboration with the main stakeholders in Türkiye.
- Being a member and sometimes leader of developing and implement logistics efficiency projects in close collaboration with Logistics team in the region.
- Developing required database and creating procurement performance reports to present to the procurement and the related departments in the region.
- Develop alternative suppliers to reduce cost according to quality standards, operation defined criteria and contingency plan.
- To take an active role to create short-mid-long-term procurement strategies and budgeting process of packaging under his/her responsibility.
- Taking active role in master data management for procurement processes
- Responsible for design projects to improve the procurement processes and business results for those sub-categories.
- Bachelor's degree in Economic / Engineer / Business Background
- A proficiency level in English is required, including the ability to make presentations in English.
- Min. 2 years’ experience in Procurement.
- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Desirable knowledge in SAP ECC;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong ability to work and communicate effectively with all parties.
- A high degree of motivation and strong academic background.
- Ability to quickly respond to unexpected situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and a good team player.
- Living in Bursa
