We are looking for a "Product Analyst" who has excellent English and can play a pivotal role in guiding and managing analysis processes, optimizing workflows for efficiency, and actively participating in collaboration with cross-functional technical teams. This role emphasizes analysis production, design production, and product development with a strong focus on AI-native workflows and agentic approaches. What we expect :

• Guide, mentor, and collaborate with a team of software engineers and analysts informally to ensure successful project execution and delivery.


• Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams, including software developers, architects, analysts, testers, etc., to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, providing guidance on product analysis and optimizing analysis processes.


• Actively participate in analysis processes, working collaboratively with technical teams to analyze project requirements, design software solutions, and optimize development workflows for higher efficiency and effectiveness.

• Produce analysis outputs including user behavior analysis, product metrics dashboards, and data-driven insights to shape product decisions.


• Contribute to design production by creating wireframes, prototypes, and user experience optimizations, working closely with design and engineering teams.


• Take ownership in product development from feature definition to delivery, actively participating in the entire product lifecycle.


• Utilize AI tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Figma Make, etc.) as core parts of your daily workflow to enhance productivity and automate repetitive tasks.


• Work effectively with AI agents and agentic workflows, delegating appropriate tasks to AI systems while maintaining oversight and quality control.

• Utilize design tools like Figma and similar platforms to enhance collaboration and streamline product analysis and design processes.


• Have experience and familiarity with cloud products and platforms such as AWS, and Azure, leveraging this knowledge to enhance product analysis and development.


• Demonstrate experience in coding within a team in a software company, contributing effectively to the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions.


• Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps, Postman, Jira, and Miro for enhanced project management, collaboration, and workflow optimization.


• Develop and implement robust software development and analysis processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables and optimal performance.


• Drive software design, development, testing, and deployment in alignment with project goals and timelines.


• Evaluate and optimize existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.


• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development, product analysis, and analytics.


• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

Who we are looking for :

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related engineering fields, and it is nice to have a master’s degree in these fields.


• Advanced level English language skills.


• Proven experience in software development, product analysis, and optimizing analysis processes.


• Experience in coding within a team environment in a software company is a strong advantage.

• Native-level proficiency with AI tools (Claude, Figma Make, Cursor, etc.) and demonstrated ability to use them proactively to improve workflows and productivity.


• Experience working with AI agents and agentic approaches to automate and optimize workflows.

• Demonstrated experience in providing informal guidance and collaborating effectively with team members.


• Expertise in software development methodologies, processes, and tools, including Agile and DevOps practices.


• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and similar platforms for collaborative product analysis and design.

• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, etc.).


• SQL, Python, or R skills for data analysis (AI-assisted coding experience is a plus).

• Familiarity and experience with cloud products and platforms, especially AWS and Azure, is a plus.


• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Postman, Jira, and Miro is a plus.


• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and a drive for innovation.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders.


• A track record of successful product analysis and development delivery, and an understanding of B2B market dynamics are highly desirable.

• Intrinsic motivation to learn and adapt to new technologies, especially AI tools and methodologies.


• Note: This position is designed for deepening expertise in analysis, design, and product development.
