About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to help take Lucida AI to the next level.

You will work directly with the founders and own critical parts of the product — from ideation to launch — focusing on activation, retention, and monetization.

This role is ideal for someone who has built or scaled consumer mobile products and thrives in early-stage startup environments.

What You'll Do

◦ Own and drive key parts of the product roadmap
◦ Work closely with AI, design, and growth to ship fast
◦ Analyze user behavior, funnels, and retention cohorts
◦ Run rapid experiments to improve activation and engagement
◦ Turn complex voice AI capabilities into simple user experiences
◦ Define PRDs and ensure high-quality execution
◦ Identify product gaps using data + user feedback
◦ Support monetization and subscription optimization
◦ Stay on top of AI and consumer app trends

What You Bring

◦ 5+ years of Product Management experience (mobile preferred)
◦ Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
◦ Experience improving retention, growth, or monetization
◦ Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments
◦ Strong product intuition and execution focus
◦ Excellent communication in English
◦ High ownership mentality (builder mindset)

Nice to Have

◦ Experience with AI, voice, or speech technologies
◦ Background in subscription mobile apps
◦ Experience scaling products globally
◦ Familiarity with experimentation frameworks
