Product Manager (Fintech) - Hybrid

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on digital wallet solutions, payment systems, and banking-related campaigns, responsible for processing millions of transactions for our markets globally. With this platform, Delivery Hero hopes to improve digital payments for customers, riders, and vendors  and to enable new and satisfying  experiences to them. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in banking or fintech and a proven ability to lead cross-functional agile teams while collaborating harmoniously with internal and external stakeholders.

• Own and drive the product lifecycle of wallet and payment features – from ideation to launch and beyond
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional agile team (engineering, design, QA)
• Design and implement strategies to boost user engagement and transaction growth
• Manage and optimize banking-related campaigns (e.g., cashback, loyalty, promotional offers)
• Work closely and collaboratively with other business units including Accounting, Legal, Compliance, and external stakeholders such as banks, fintech partners, and third-party vendors
• Ensure all initiatives are aligned with regulatory requirements and internal governance
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
• Use data to monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• 4–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech, banking, or a related sector
• Demonstrated experience in agile product development and cross-functional team leadership
• Solid understanding of wallet infrastructure, online payments, and financial campaigns
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from technical teams to legal and external business partners
• Analytical and data-driven mindset; experience with tools like SQL, Mixpanel, GA, or similar
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
