Product Manager (Product Adoption)

Now, we’re looking for a Product Manager (Product Adoption) whose primary mission is simple: get more users to discover, adopt, and consistently use Lucida AI’s core product experiences.

What you’ll do

• Own the product adoption strategy and roadmap
• Make increasing feature adoption and product engagement the core product objective
• Identify where users drop off and find opportunities to increase activation and engagement
• Improve onboarding, user journeys, and core product flows to help users reach value faster
• Drive adoption of key features through in-product experiences, education, nudges, and experiments
• Design and run A/B tests to improve activation, engagement, and feature adoption
• Analyze user behavior, cohorts, and product data to understand what makes users adopt and keep using the product
• Build and optimize engagement and growth loops
• Work closely with Growth, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to turn insights into experiments
• Continuously experiment with new product experiences, gamification, and engagement mechanics
• Find new ways to make Lucida AI a daily habit for users
• Turn data and user feedback into clear product decisions and measurable impact

• 2+ years of experience in product management
• Strong experience with B2C mobile apps
• Deep understanding of product adoption, activation, engagement, and retention
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, product analytics, and experimentation
• Experience with onboarding, gamification, growth loops, or habit-forming products
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on data and user behavior
• Experience with tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar is a plus
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and user behavior
• Highly experimental, curious, and results-oriented
• Fast execution and strong ownership
• Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment
