• Creation of a standard and optional product portfolio suitable for the Turkish market


• Adapting product technical contents and prices depending on the changing competition conditions


• Determining the appropriate product execution and competitive prices in line with special customer requests


• Establishing general and customer-specific sales arguments by identifying the strengths of the products for the MBT sales organization, dealer network and related bodybuilders


• Providing technical and commercial consultancy services to dealer network, bodybuilders and customers outside the company


• 
  
  Directing strategic product project investments by analyzing future market insights and customer needs
  
  


• Preparation of digital and printed marketing content highlighting the technical features and strengths of products


• 
  
  Monitoring and analysis of changing legal requirements and establishing product adaptations
  
  


• 
  
  Proven ability to implement, update, and continuously improve digital systems and AI tools tailored for product planning, benchmarking, and market monitoring
  
  

• 
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, or related disciplines).
  
  


• 
  
  Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. (Additional knowledge of German is preferred)
  
  


• Experience in analyzing market trends, competition, and regulations 


• Ability to translate technical features into customer-oriented solutions 


• 
  
  Customer and result oriented, strong communication skills, prone to research and details
  
  


• 
  
  Good command of MS Office applications, data analysis and presentation techniques
  
  

• 
  
  Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering, or data analytics applications
  
  


• 
  
  Automotive and Homologation (e.g., GSR, emission norms) experience is preferred
