Job Description - Production Manager

In order to successfully continue our growth course, we are looking for a Plant Manager to enrich our team with their expertise.

Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and guarantee on-time production delivery.

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices to maintain a safe working environment.

Regulatory & Permits Management: Uphold and monitor compliance with all relevant general regulations, industry standards, and permits.

Technical Oversight: Apply strong technical knowledge to manage production processes, with particular focus on the handling and use of chemical materials.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and maintaining high quality standards.

Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar senior leadership role within a structured, well-organized company environment.

Excellent command of the Turkish language and good proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Strong technical background, ideally with knowledge of chemical materials and related processes.

Solid understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as compliance with industry-specific permits and general regulations.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage complexity and deliver operational excellence.
