Job Description

• Responsibility for planning, rampup and operational management of the production in Türkiye
• Technical and disciplinary management of the production organization
• Budget and resource planning, including investment planning for the production in Türkiye
• Strategic orientation of the production and implementation of the specified strategies and goals
• Production and process engineering set-up as well as further development of the production
• Coordination of the production of steel construction components and the assembly of machines
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure the production operates efficiently and successfully
• Monitoring and compliance with all legal regulations applicable to the area of responsibility
• Ensuring the training and further education of subordinate employees and own further development (personnel development)
• Ongoing optimisation of product manufacturing costs

The Successful Applicant

• Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
• Commercial knowledge
• At least 10 years of management experience in an industrial production environment
• Fluent in German or English
• Application and implementation experience in Lean Management
• Experience in project management and the application of agile methods
• Mature Leader
• Confident appearance, convincing in communication
• Good presentation skills
• Flexibility and ability to navigate a matrix organization
• Leadership, leading by example
• Team orientation, global team player
