Converting Operator (m/f/*)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a(n) Converting Operator for/at ISD Cerkezkoy Plant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Work at various machines or stations operating machinery, picking and/or packaging finished goods, and/or inspecting products
• Use computers as needed to run process operation, input data, update inventory, etc.
• Follow operating procedures and customer specifications to produce quality products which are delivered to customers on time
• Fill and process orders for shipment
• Picking and Packing Orders

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in manufacturing operations role in a private environment
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
