We are looking for a Production Process Engineer for our Gebze location

• Performing the tasks of; receiving new equipments, machines, and devices related with machining and grinding, testing start –up, and in case of need performing the modification except for fundamental changes.
• Doing the efficiency study of present and new equipments, machines contributing to qualify the processes.
• Sharing the technical information of all done modifications with Process Engineering & Checking the machine tool tables’ updates, contributing to implement properly.
• Providing usage information of all new purchased machines and relevant equipments and educate the personnel of production area about the issue.
• Guiding the studies that increase efficiency of process, exercising to decrease rates of waste, lost and re-operation.

Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university and minimum 3 years of experience in production, process or project design with the knowledge of geometric tolerancing and tool design related with machining process.
• Having good problem solving skills (SW, A3, 8D, 6sigma etc), improving with their outputs by using problem solving tools effectively
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Turkish
• Analytical thinking, team player, well organized and strong commitment & Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze-İzmit)
