Production Professional

For our Wind Generator Factory in Adana, we are looking for a Production Professional as a member of the Factory Team.

This role will be responsible for Production Management, shopfloor coordination, production planning and manufacturing performance optimization.

What are my responsibilities?

• Manage and supervise production shopfloor activities including work order execution, operator coordination and shift management
• Develop and implement production workflows and standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and stable manufacturing processes
• Monitor production KPIs such as output, cycle time, efficiency, scrap rate and on-time delivery performance
• Coordinate with planning, logistics and engineering teams to ensure smooth production flow and adherence to schedules
• Support production planning by defining sequence of operations, capacity utilization and lead time optimization
• Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks using Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methods
• Lead or support problem-solving activities on the shopfloor using structured methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, Kaizen)
• Ensure proper utilization and functionality of production equipment in coordination with the internal and/or global team
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with supply chain to avoid production disruptions
• Support industrialization of new products and implementation of engineering changes in production
• Drive productivity improvement and cost optimization initiatives within manufacturing operations

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Material, Industrial or Electrical Engineering
• Fluency in English both written and spoken, German is an asset
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function in Production / Manufacturing / Planning /Maintenance Engineering
• Practical & technical knowledge of manufacturing processes such as welding, machining, casting, coating, assembly and production flow management
• Good understanding of ISO9001:2015 and production system requirements
• Good command of technical drawings and their relation to manufacturing processes, international standards and internal specifications
• Strong interpersonal skills, dynamic team player, structured thinking and professional approach in production environments
• Practical knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principle is an asset
• Market awareness and understanding of multi-cultural production environments

What else do I need to know?

• Completed the military service is a requirement
• Valid driving license
• No restriction for travelling due to frequent in country travelling to suppliers will be required.
