• Lead and manage end-to-end projects within the facility, including process, packaging, utilities, and infrastructure areas—from concept development to commissioning.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the facility's maintenance strategy.
• Prepare the annual technical maintenance budget and manage processes within budget constraints, including spare parts planning and control.
• Plan and organize scheduled maintenance activities; define and implement corrective actions and identify resource requirements.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to plan maintenance, repair, and investment needs for the facility.
• Manage, monitor, and report on the maintenance and spare parts budget, ensuring optimal use in line with defined plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and improving maintenance processes, preferably in a packaging plant environment.
• Knowledge of or experience in project management methodologies.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills; able to navigate complex and cross-functional projects.
• Engineering background with a mechanical or multidisciplinary focus, ideally in a process manufacturing environment.
• Able to research and identify the most optimal machinery and spare parts suppliers, and build strong, mid/long-term relationships with them.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
• Upper-intermediate level of English is required; fluency in Turkish is a must.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours when necessary.
