We are currently looking for a HR Project Manager to join our Human Resources team.

Location: Karacabey,Bursa

Type of contract: Permanent

As a HR Project Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;

Sourcing and Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for both bluecollars and whitecollars, and when temporary need kicks in recruiting Third Party engineers; in several functional areas by using Competency Based Interview Technics to ensure best talent acquised and make exit interviews for offboarding.

Onboarding: Initiate, follow-up and ensure effectiveness of Onboarding process to make newcomers (whitecollar&bluecollar) well adapted.

"Performance & Talent Management:

*Support the Performance and Talent Management cycle through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development. Support the talent review/calibration in business unit, to ensure high performance is rewarded and developed in line with the PDP Cycle.

* Ensure People Managers use tools effectively to assist individual and team performance improvement at all levels. Coaches teams to interpret, apply and communicate “Total Rewards” principles/policies/strategies."

"Training and Learning :

* Design development options in line with Training and Learning approach. Coordinate all relevant training, coaching, mentoring processes.

* Design and follow-up mandatory&technical trainings.

* Support Project E2E Managers to define third party team member expenses within allocated CAPEX administration cost base

* Plan the capability building for the new greenfield factory with new technical competencies together with start up manager"

*Provide support to implement the People plan. Understand and deliver people based data and analytics to support the execution of all people processes and KPIs for the specific unit in collaboration with relevant project streams (Project E2E, Engineering and Operations Start-up Managers)

*Organizations according to the needs of the team in terms of strategic partnership (trainings, mentoring, coaching activities).

*Sharing insight from the project streams with Market Chief Engineer and E2E Project Managers for needs and expectations. Strategy creation to respond accordingly.

*HR Organisational Alignment: Educate and advise the business to ensure Project Managers and Employees understand the End-to-End HR model(Digitalization of HR procesees ) and can quickly and efficiently access solutions.

* Lead the new greenfield factory people set up process for both white collar and blue collar"

"Industrial Relations: Perform and follow up disciplinary processes for Engineering Group blue collar employees according to CBA rules. In case of urgent need of collaboration, meeting with Operations HRBP to discuss and action follow-up to ensure our activities are in line with engineering blue collar employees' expectations.

Lead the establishment of new greenfield factory from the industrial relations point of view

Analyze the union development of the greenfield "

"Compliance:

*Having the responsabilitu of the compliance and audit practices for the greenfield factory and new established production lines

*Responsible for compliance in HR (policies and practices) and tracking actions completed on time with valid justifications.

*Lead to implement internal policies and forms to DMS system on time and accurate/updated way. "

"Employee Engagement:

Be the lead person for the greenfield factory from the establishment to start up phase

Maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation. Promote and foster a culture and environment that is productive, open, empowering, safe and equitable and coach others to behave and make decisions in line with Nestlé Management and Leadership Principles and Nestlé Corporate Business Principles. "

"Reward & Recognition :

*Perform & improve the recognition and rewarding programs of factory.

* Work with C&B to identify the grading for the new organisation

* Align the new greenfield factory for recognition systems

*Collect data of monthly best practices in terms of Safety,Quality and Efficiency.

Which profile are we looking for?

*University degree,

*Minimum 7 years experience in F&B Business environment especially at factory environment

* Strong knowledge about recruitment and onboarding, union relations, performance management, education and training, recognition&reward, compensation&benefit of Global Scale Companies

* Experience in start up management

*Understanding of Engineering Resources Market and 3rd Party Providers (e.g. Adecco, Badenoch Clark etc)

*Demonstrated leadership, strategic vision and analytical skills,

*Strong interpersonal and communication skills,~

*Ability to multitask in a high energy, fast paced environment,

*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office(Knowledge of Success Factors is a plus),

*Excellent command of English is compulsory,

*Experince in performance management/people development/coaching,

*Experience working in a large, matrix organization is preferred
