Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from relevant departments of universities (Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, etc.),

• At least 7 years of experience in project management and logistics processes,

• Knowledge and experience in supply chain management,

• Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking skills,

• Proficiency in English,

• Minimum 3 years of experience in team management, strong communication skills,

• Ability to work in a highly changing environment and maintain high motivation levels,

• Customer-focused, results-oriented, and familiar with continuous improvement principles,

• Experienced in working with large material flows and continuing the implementation of a supply chain planning tool in multiple countries.

Job Description

• Taking all supply chain actions necessary to meet internal and external customer needs regarding project commissioning processes within the scope of predetermined responsibilities and ensuring their complete transfer to the series,

• Determining, describing, implementing, standardizing and disseminating all supply chain processes during the project commissioning phase,

• Planning necessary production according to customer orders, organizing timely delivery to customers, and managing related processes,

• Planning and procuring necessary direct materials according to customer orders and factory needs, warehousing, and feeding production units according to their needs,

• Ensuring efficient use of transport/haulage vehicles within operations, organizing transportations,

• Ensuring that internal logistics activities (lineside logistics) are carried out within the scope of project production operations,

• Monitoring stock levels according to budget targets, implementing necessary actions, and tracking them,

• To monitor the Supply Chain KPIs related to the project ( stocks, transport costs), including the risk of obsolescence due to changes during the new project introduction phase,

• To direct and manage the necessary works within the scope of the determined budget targets,

• Ensuring that KPIs are monitored and improved in line with continuous improvement targets,

• Ensuring and controlling the efficiency of supplier, material procurement and customer product shipment processes, and ensuring the improvement of these processes with relevant units,

• To monitor and supervise the effective and efficient use of logistics equipment,

• To take and implement the necessary measures to ensure that the quality systems related to the department operate without disruption.
