Your role
To assist in all sales engineers in designing the works within the region and giving offers by providing them the required technical support regarding the products of their departments, and to actively manage all project works starting from RfQ phase up to Final Acceptance.
Determining the technical specifications required for the RFQ's from our suppliers, evaluating the received offers and following up the order.
Defining the scobe in the projects and determining the job distribution / responsibilities. Informing relevant stakeholders.
To bring all the stakeholders together by raising red flag in time for the problems that arise in the project, act pro-actively in order to stay inline with project time plan
To ensure that suppliers perform their business in full, complete and on time.
Identify deficiencies and mistakes on-site during the project and take the necessary actions quickly. Also manage customer interaction with support of sales team during that period
To identify non-standard products in customer quotation requests and inform relevant engineering department in the Product Company by informing the relevant product specialist to obtain the necessary proposals and technical information
Preparing detailed technical information to highlight the solution during proposal and technical meetings. To make necessary updates in parallel with the changes.
Analyze the solutions of the competitors and discuss the solution details in the weekly project meeting.
To provide necessary information on the allocation of provision to the relevant Customer Support Responsibles during invoicing in cases such as invoicing with short delivery in the projects
Coordinate delivery and invoicing processes at the right time to keep stocks at the lowest level through collaboration with Customer Support and Credit Control functions for daily business. Work in order to prevent invoice refunds, to follow-up of our receivables and to avoid delays in payment and ensure that the AC commercial terms are accepted by the customers and included in the sales contracts for all projects.
In order to obtain the specifications from the customer during the project proposal stage, make necessary meetings with customers together with the sales team
Reviewing the specification by coordinating sales,service and marketing teams before submitting order confirmation"
Organizing internal & external kick-off meetings and ensuring the participation of the necessary people for the projects. Creating an action plan for open issues in the project and sharing with stakeholders.
Regularly sharing of project status reports to customers and stakeholders in the period agreed at the external kick off meetings.
To submit the information and specifications to the service sales manager at the project proposal stage and collect service project proposal. In case of a change in the scope, request revision from service sales manager"
Organization and follow-up for assemblying dismantled attachments (HAD, FS etc) in the Central Workshop before the installation in the field, tests to be carried out and delivery to warehouse for dispatch for project orders.
To succeed, you will need
University degree in engineering preferably Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
Good command of Turkish and English both in speaking & writing
B Driving Licence
