PSG Project Manager (Medical Devices)

About Our Client

Our client is one of the global medical device companies in the world. For their future development plans, we are looking for a Project Manager.

Job Description

• Provide solutions to end-users regarding technical issues in our rapidly growing Polysomnography (PSG) devices,
• Manage and respond to customer requests,
• Support the onsite installation of our Sleep Analysis systems, including hardware and software, from setup to testing,
• Conduct onsite training for clinical staff on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the entire analysis system, including both software and hardware,
• Record service and support requests and plan their operations,
• Ensure the timely completion of all paperwork and necessary reports, including data entry into all required systems, in collaboration with the tender department,
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met, serving as a liaison,
• Monitor public and private sector tenders,
• Test all configured systems prior to shipment,
• Provide clinical support and demo assistance to the sales team as needed,
• Stay updated on new product reviews, training/presentation, and technical information.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering),
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in technical support and repair of medical equipment used for diagnosis and treatment,
• Strong understanding of the tender process and subsequent installation, delivery, and device training, with the ability to effectively contribute to sales activities,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills,
• Dedication and responsibility to provide remote support, especially in the evenings and nights,
• Willingness and ability to travel,
• Proficient in English for international correspondence and verbal communication.
