A day in the life:

As the Quality Assurance Director, you're at the helm of ensuring our legendary standards! You'll drive the enhancement of QA, Food Safety, and Compliance processes with unmatched energy. Take charge of managing non-conformance procedures, dive into consumer complaint investigations, and spearhead auditing and validation efforts across our dynamic supply chain. Communicate seamlessly at all levels of the business while providing top-notch technical and product development support. Get ready to unleash excellence!

The impact you'll make:

• Conduct Quality and Food Safety Management System Audits throughout the Supply Chain as scheduled.


• Manage and support validation activities including supporting water qualifications at facilities, copackers, contract manufacturing facilities where critical food safety processes are conducted. Manage assigned Non-Conformances and Incidents to ensure the appropriate tracking, root cause analysis and completion of the appropriate corrective actions (CAPA).


• Provide technical support on the products, the production processes and materials as required. Support the remediation of regulatory authority inquires and action in conjunction with counsel.


• Analyze data, provide interpretation of data and written reports as requested (external lab analysis, NPD data, stability data, metrics and scorecards).


• Implement new procedures and improve the existing procedures.


• Build effective relationships with customers, suppliers, contract manufacturers and internal stakeholders.


• Travel to the co packing and supplier production sites across the region as required to support investigations, provide technical support to trial productions, ensure appropriate change control and to conduct Quality and Food Safety Management System Audits.


• Manage, train and develop direct reports.

Who you are:

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science or other related technical degree.


• Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in quality function of a Food & Beverage organization, pharmaceutical or other government regulated industry.


• Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in validation and Design of Experiments (DOE) preferred .


• Computer Skills Desired: Computer skills including Microsoft Office, statistical analysis applications (Minitab) or data analytics software applications.


• Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: English proficiency is preferred.
