We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to join our Nestlé Waters team.

Location: Kestel, Bursa

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Ensures compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements (national and international);


• Ensures compliance with all Company Quality principles and policies and local laws and regulations;


• Ensures implementation and maintenance of factory food safety management systems and HACCP programs;


• Ensures compliance with good hygienic practices in the factory;


• Comply with hygiene, SHE (Safety, Health and Environment), 5S and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practicing) principles in the work area he/she is responsible for, to ensure compliance and to take the necessary precautions for this purpose,


• Supports the cascading of emerging threats and trends in the laboratory and specific food safety area and the implementation of strategies to mitigate risks;


• Supports problem solving and solution development during crisis management and response related to specific food safety areas.


• Lead the quality failure analysis and defect elimination initiatives


• Ensure timely release of finished products


• Encourage and support cross-fertilization of best practices, knowledge, standards and improvements


• Communicate with other departments, functions, Application Groups and Businesses to ensure continuous improvement.


• Collaborate with other functions to drive improvement in the manufacturing of products that consistently delivers consumer preference.


• Develop food safety and quality training at the laboratory and plant level


• Provide people development through career management (experience), coaching and training

Which profile are we looking for?

• University graduate or equivalent (preferred microbiology, chemistry or food science-related studies, or engineering);


• Line management with demonstrated capability to lead a group


• Management exposure labratory functions;


• Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams


• Leading / implementing change.


• Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams and different initiatives


• Lead part of a change effort


• Establishing networks of peers, in markets or factories.
