Description

Please note that we give priority to applicants who hold a BS or MS degree in Industrial Engineering or any related Engineering departments.

This role focuses on maintaining and improving the organization's quality management systems (QMS) by organizing internal meetings, overseeing documentation, coordinating external audits, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • BS in Industrial Engineering or Engineering departments,
  • Upper-intermediate level of English to support international work environment,
  • At least 3 years of experience in management systems like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SPICE, ISO 10007 etc.,
  • Experience in problem-solving techniques (Kaizen, 8D, Fishbone, etc.) and knowledge of systematic quality tools,
  • Preferably having an internal auditor certificate,
  • Experience in documentation management (preparation, revision tracking, announcement),
  • Experience in MS Office programs at a good level,
  • Knowledge and expertise in Canias ERP, JIRA, Sharepoint,
  • Willingness to learn and open to development, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
Job Responsibilities

In line with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO14001, PCI DSS, ISO 10007, SPICE / CMMI etc. management systems;

  • Conducting in-house meeting organizations for QMS or related management system applications and strengthening the tracking system between units,
  • Following up to recency of current QMS documents and keeping track of their revisions,
  • Making internal announcements of revised documents and changes,
  • Preparing and assisting internal announcements of created new documents / new processes (form, procedure, instruction, policy, etc.),
  • Managing external audits and certification processes related to quality management systems and taking necessary actions,
  • Preparing quality reports and having an active role in continuous improvement activities within the company,
  • Planning and implementing training and information activities to increase quality awareness,
  • Conducting process / product internal audits to ensure compliance with quality or relevant standards and support continuous improvement,
  • Planning and implementing processes to improve quality in collaboration with various departments.
