Description
The job purpose of a Quality Manager is to oversee and improve the quality of products / process and services, ensuring they meet standards and customer expectations. An ideal candidate shall create / prepare, develop and implement quality management systems, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement for kentkart in general.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields,
- Minimum of 10 years of total work experience, with at least 5 years of managerial experience in production and process improvement areas,
- Proficiency in English, Advanced level,
- Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems, Jira and Sharepoint,
- Knowledge and certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, ISO 10007, ISO 15504 / ISO 33061 SPICE standards, KVKK, and Internal Auditor certification,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, and continuously improving quality management systems in line with the company's quality policy and objectives,
- Inspecting corporate processes in accordance with quality or relevant standards and adjusting as necessary to improve quality,
- Planning and implementing processes to improve quality in collaboration with various departments,
- Conducting process / product internal audits to ensure compliance with quality or relevant standards and support continuous improvement,
- Managing and implementing continuous improvement projects in line with quality policies and objectives,
- Managing external audits and certification processes related to quality management systems and taking necessary actions,
- Planning and implementing training and information activities to increase quality awareness,
- Measuring, evaluating, and reporting quality performance, providing information to management, and creating action plans as needed.
- Conducting or following up the actions accordingly non-conformity issues
- Leading meetings related to Quality or Relevant Management System Conformity Projects, Corrective Actions Committee, Process Improvement, Management Review, Risk Assessment etc.
