Job Description - Regional Sales Manager (Based in Saudi Arabia/Qatar)

You will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of our customers' data & analytics infrastructure both on-prem and cloud. You will enable continued innovation and progress within the infrastructure through research and development. You will help and support the execution, test and roll-out of solutions. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to solve challenging engineering problems across a broad range of customers.
This position is based in Saudi Arabia or Qatar, and we are particularly interested in candidates who are fluent in Arabic, as the role requires close collaboration with regional customers and partners.

Responsibilities
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
Sell cloud product and services to new and existing clients
Working on an end -to-end sales cycle with full cloud adoption lifecycle on multi-cloud services
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients
Ensure that company quotas and standards are met by holding check-ins with sales team to set objectives for the day and to monitor progress
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
Build and maintaining client relations
Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Based in Saudi Arabia or Qatar; candidates must have no restrictions preventing international travel
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
Have a B2B network in the Gulf region.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Highly proactive, have a strong can-do attitude
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills
Good team player, have social skills that enables collaboration closely and easily with core team members and stakeholders
Excellent command of English. Preferably good in Arabic.
