Client Relations Specialist (Turkish Language, Forex)

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Client Relations Specialist for the Turkey market to join our global team.

This position is open to energetic and ambitious professionals who are keen to explore superb earning potential in a fast-moving and friendly working environment.

Reporting to: Head of Customer Experience 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, partners and organic clients in the Turkey market
• Proactively engage with trading professionals across various platforms to expand client base and partnerships
• Identify and leverage local marketing channels to enhance visibility and promote company products effectively
• Focus on client onboarding and ensuring a seamless user experience for all clients
• Promote partnerships based on existing rebate structures and maintain strong relationships with partners
• Adhere to regulatory policies and ethical standards diligently
• Assist in the monitoring of affiliates and partners on a regular basis to optimize their activities and performance and work to ensure the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met

Candidate profile:

• Strong preference will be given to candidates with FX/CFD and online trading industry experience
• Native Turkish language is required and fluent English is essential with the preference towards individuals with working experience or connections in the region
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master degree preferred) in Accounting, Business, management, Economy and/or marketing and related disciplines
• Client focused with excellent customer service and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Ability to influence and persuade a mutually beneficial outcome for the company and the client
• Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive and strong desire to succeed
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team and can-do attitude
