What Youll Do

Support Uber drivers and riders via inbound calls.

Resolve issues using provided procedures and knowledge base articles, or escalate

when necessary.

Handle inquiries such as:

o Payment and account-related questions.

o Route or fare reviews.

o Feedback or complaints about drivers/riders.

o Lost & found cases (helping passengers and drivers reconnect).

Ensure smooth experiences for both drivers and riders.

Salary & Benefits

Net Salary: 33,000 TL

Bonuses:

o Quality bonus: up to 10% (retroactive after training).

o Attendance bonus: 5,000 TL (full amount with no absences).

Meal Card (Sodexo/Pluxee): 4,500 TL allowance.

Private Health Insurance: Provided (employee only; family can be added at extra

cost).

Work Schedule

Coverage: Monday to Sunday, 11:00 21:00 (rotating days off).

Shifts:

o 11:00 20:00

o 11:00 21:00

Daily break: 75 minutes.

Weekly days off: 2 (variable).

Training

Duration: 4 weeks (2 weeks training + 2 weeks nesting).

Schedule: 09:00 18:00

Requirements

German: Native level

English: B2

Located in Turkey, able to work remotely.
