Support customers with inquiries, including:
Nearest store locations
Online product returns
Complaints and issue resolution
Stock availability checks
Product reservation requests
Handle inbound calls (emails may be included later).
Provide basic technical support when needed.

Bonuses:
Attendance bonus: 5,000 TL (with 100% shift compliance, valid until the end of 2025)

Shifts between 09:00 20:00 CET (summer hours; winter adds +1 hour)

Days off: 2 per week (Sunday fixed, second day variable)
