About the Role:
We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Virtual Recruitment Specialist to join our remote team in Turkey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates virtually, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and engage candidates in Dutch for various roles.

• Conduct virtual interviews and assessments.

• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment targets.

• Track and report recruitment metrics and candidate interactions accurately.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in recruitment, virtual recruitment, or HR-related roles is preferred.

• Ability to work within CET hours and flexible shifts as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Net Salary: 42,000 TL

• Attendance Bonus: 5,000 TL (for 100% shift compliance, valid until end of 2025)

• Quality Bonus: Up to 10% of net salary

• Pluxee Card: 4,500 TL allowance
