We are looking for a team member who will work on our Digital Analytics projects. The role requires a combination of technical skills and soft skills. The ideal candidate is a person who is not only excited about crunching data and generating output, but also excited about how stakeholders make use of this output. Here’s what you’ll be doing

• Make an effort to understand clients’ business model and KPIs very well
• Implement designed tracking solutions via tag management systems
• Configure clients’ digital analytics tools
• Run statistical analysis and marketing applications of data science to generate insights
• Build multi-source reports/dashboards on dataviz tools

Desired skills and experiences

• Bachelors’ degree preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, MIS or similar
• Interest in marketing and marketing analytics
• Hands-on coding experience highly preferred, analysis-oriented languages like Python or R especially appreciated
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Desire to learn continuously, desire to know “why” continuously, desire to improve continuously

• Fundamentals of marketing
• Fundamentals of digital advertising
• Web analytics and measurement
• Use of common tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Adjust, and their popular alternatives
• Analyzing and visualizing complex data sets
• Negotiating with stakeholders in different teams such as brand management or development teams
