Patent Filing Associate (Turkey Market) Legal Services Partner

Overview:

Welocalize is seeking a Turkey-based patent filing associate firm to support client legal teams in executing jurisdiction-specific patent filing and validation activities. This partnership forms part of a broader multi-country filing program focused on optimizing quality, cost, and compliance in global IP processes.

• Handle national phase entry and validation of PCT applications in Turkey.
• Collaborate with international legal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TURKPATENT).
• Provide local representation and expert insight into TURKPATENT procedural and documentation requirements.
• Offer guidance on timelines, formalities, and updates related to Turkish patent prosecution and filings.
• Participate in rate discussions and provide transparent pricing (hourly, task-based, or based on official fee structure, as applicable).

• Registered and authorized to act before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TURKPATENT).
• Legally permitted to file and prosecute patent applications on behalf of international clients in Turkey.
• Demonstrated experience with PCT national phase entries, direct filings, and Turkish patent validations.
• Firm must provide a company profile or brochure, website link, and a clear point of contact for coordination.
