About the Role

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Web Support Specialist who has hands-on experience with both Shopify and WooCommerce platforms. You’ll be responsible for keeping our e-commerce websites running smoothly on a daily basis by troubleshooting and fixing any issues that may arise.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving technical challenges, and takes pride in maintaining seamless user experiences. You’ll be working as part of the Enhanced team, supporting the continuous improvement of our websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Shopify and WooCommerce websites for technical issues, bugs, or performance disruptions
• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve front-end or back-end issues (e.g., broken links, checkout problems, plugin conflicts, theme glitches)
• Implement minor updates to themes, layouts, plugins, and site content as needed
• Collaborate with the design and development team to test and deploy site changes
• Perform routine QA and testing to ensure proper site functionality across browsers and devices
• Assist with app/plugin configuration and integrations for both platforms
• Maintain clear documentation of fixes, changes, and support activities
   

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Shopify and WooCommerce websites
• Strong understanding of e-commerce architecture and common plugin/app ecosystems
• Technical troubleshooting ability (HTML, CSS, theme editing, basic PHP is a plus)
• Familiar with CMS workflows, admin dashboards, and basic site optimization practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal
• Must be based in Turkey (remote work is acceptable)
   

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Shopify customizer
• Familiarity with version control (Git), QA tools, or staging environments
• Ability to collaborate using tools like Slack, ClickUp, or Trello
