We seek a Research Engineer to join our fast-growing team and develop the Lifemote product—the science behind the Lifemote algorithms.

About the Position

Requirements

- M.Sc. Degree in Computer Networks, Wireless Communication, or related fields

- Good understanding of Physical andMAC layers concepts

- Experience in writing academic papers, technical reports, and/or white papers

- Experience with Python (Pandas/Numpy/Matplotlib, etc. )

- Fluent command of English

- Excellent collaborative team skills and good continual engagement of your team and cross-functional stakeholder

- Bash Scripting is a big plus

- Testing experience is a big plus

- Knowledge of 802.11 (WiFi)

- ML/AI experience

- RF antenna knowledge

- Experience with SQL

- Experience with big data

Responsibilities

- Designing automated test beds and conducting tests to detect WiFi-related problems

- Population / big data analytics

- Algorithm design for in-home WiFi problem detection and WiFi management

- Collaboration with Lifemote's product management, quality assurance, field application engineering, and - engineering teams

- Following academic literature

- Preparing technical reports, presentations, white papers, and blog posts

As a Research Engineer, you'll handle a diverse range of tasks, including tests and automation, customer-related population analytics, and product-related collaborations with various teams to enhance our products. Whether you're interested in networking or data science, you can specialize while expanding your skills through research and hands-on experience. This role is perfect for MSc or PhD graduates who want to conduct industry-focused research and lead projects like Tubitak initiatives, making a real impact in the field.
